No deposits can be made, online registrations are paid in full only.) or Please print and mail the REGISTRATION FORM to: Hurricane Soccer Camp c/o Jeff Freeman 2008 Dates and Fees: 2008 CAMP DATES SOCCER ONLY DAY AND HALF DAY CAMPS June 9-13 June 16-20 June 23-27 June 30-July3 •Boys and Girls Ages 5-14 •Full Day $225, Half Day $125 •9am - 4pm Monday - Friday SOCCER/TENNIS DAY AND HALF-DAY CAMPS June 9-13 June 16-20 •Boys and Girls Ages 5-14 •Full Day $290, Half Day $145 •9am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday GIRLS RESIDENTIAL CAMP GIRLS TEAM CAMP July 13-17 •Girls Only Ages 9-18 •Resident $495, Commuter $395 •2pm Sunday - 12 noon Thursday BOYS RESIENTIAL CAMP BOYS TEAM CAMP July 20-24 •Boys Only Ages 9-18 •Resident $495, Commuter $395 •2pm Sunday - 12 noon Thursday DATES & FEES Co-Ed Soccer Day Camps June 9-13, June 16-20, June 23-27, June 30-July 3 (4days only) Mon.-Fri., , 9am-4pm • The day camp for boys and girls ages 7-14 • The fee for the day camp is $225, a $50 deposit is required. • The fee for the June 30-July 3rd week is $180, a $50 deposit is required. • Campers will receive a Miami Soccer t-shirt and a certificate of participation • Players are required to bring their own lunch and a soccer ball Co-Ed Soccer Half Day Camps Mon.-Fri., , 9am-12:00pm • The half day camp for boys and girls ages 5-6 • The fee for the Half Day Camp is $125, a $50 deposit is required. • The fee for the June 30-July 3rd week is $100, a $50 deposit is required. • Players are required to bring a soccer ball. • Campers will receive a Miami Soccer t-shirt and a certificate of participation Soccer/Tennis Camps Mon.-Fri.,, 9am-4pm • The day camp for boys and girls ages 7-14 • The fee for the day camp is $290, a $50 deposit is required. • The fee for the Half Day Camp is $145, a $50 deposit is required. • Campers receive a Miami Soccer t-shirt, Miami Tennis t-shirt, and a certificate of participation. • Campers are required to bring their own lunch and a soccer ball Girls Camps Residential Camp – July 13-17 • The All-Girls Resident Camp is for girls ages 9-18 • The fee for live-in (resident) campers is $495; which includes room, board, CampT -shirt, packet from Gatorade, and a certificate of participation. •
Commuter camper fee is $395 and includes lunch, dinner, • $100 Deposit is required and goes towards total camp fee. • A confirmation letter will be sent out with a list of items to bring to camp Boys Residential Camp – July 20-24 • The Boys Resident Camp is for boys ages 9-18 • The fee for live-in (resident) campers is $495; which includes room, board, CampT -shirt, and a certificate of participation. •

DISCOUNTS: A $25 discount will be given to the following: - children of Univeristy of Miami employees/staff - siblings who apply for the same camp - campers who attend more than 1 camp (discount applies to 2nd week of camp) BY NCAA RULES HIGH SCHOOL LETTER WINNERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RECIEVE INDIVIDUAL DISCOUNTS EVEN IF THEY QUALIFY. YOU CAN RECIEVE THE TEAM DISCOUNTS.
A $50 discount will be given to the following: - teams who bring a minimum of 10 players
A $100 discount will be given to the following: Team Discount 2 (residential camp only) - teams who bring a minimum of 16 players
(Children and siblings of UM Athletic Department Employees may attend camp free of charge.) (Pro-rated rates also can apply to those campers who may attend only part of a camp) (Pro-rated rates must be pre-arranged with Jeff Freeman prior to the first day of camp)
